The short version
This site uses no cookies, shows no ads and does not identify you. I count visits anonymously so I know whether the site is useful.
What is counted
I use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. For each visit it records:
- the page viewed and roughly how long it was open
- the website that sent you, if any (for example LinkedIn or Google)
- your approximate location: country, region and city
- device type, browser and operating system
- clicks on a few buttons: email, LinkedIn, the service cards, the project filters and project details
Your IP address is used only to work out the approximate location and is not stored. Umami does not use cookies or fingerprinting and cannot tell who you are. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also keeps anonymous traffic and performance statistics.
What is not collected
No names, email addresses, phone numbers or account details. The site has no forms and no sign-in. The email button opens your own email app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
How long it is kept
Visit statistics are kept for up to six months, then deleted by the analytics provider.
If you email me
I use your message and address only to reply about the work or role you contacted me about, and I do not share them.
Your choices
You can block analytics with any ad or tracker blocker; the site works the same. For questions, or to ask me to delete an email conversation, write to vinceharresh1432@gmail.com.
